Exam Certificate Collection

GCSE, A Level and Vocational Certificates will be ready for collection from the Exams Team at LPGS in December. These certificates show your achieved grades and are often required by employers.  

Collection days are Monday 8th, Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th December between 2pm and 4pm.  

You will need to bring photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport if collecting in person.  If you need to nominate someone else to collect them on your behalf, we need their name in advance. Please complete this form and remind them that they will need to bring their own photo ID.  

Please note, we cannot release any certificates without photo ID of the person collecting.
