LEAD RECEPTIONIST

REQUIRED ASAP

Salary: NJC Scale 4, Point 7

Actual salary: £21,436 per annum (FTE £27,855)

Part Time: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 4.30pm

 

Langley Park School for Girls is seeking to appoint an experienced, dynamic, well-organised team player to undertake a Lead Receptionist role.  The role involves managing the busy school reception area in the afternoon, being the face of LPGS to visitors to the school and taking responsibility for the frontline in safeguarding within the school.  Excellent administrative, time management and ICT skills are essential, as is attention to detail.  Experience of managing a busy Reception would be an advantage.

LPGS is an inclusive and academically successful school in South East London, with 1700 students including a large co-educational Sixth Form. The school is part of the Impact Multi Academy Trust which is made up of 4 secondary schools and 3 primary schools across the Bromley borough. Public transport links are good and staff travel from across London and the South Coast. Parking is also available.

We require a strong team player and confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), with a positive attitude. Experience of working in a fast paced and pressurised environment is required.
