Salary:  Scale 4, Points 7-10 (£22,377-£23,607 FTE)

Actual Salary:  £18,994-£20,038 per annum

36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

LPGS are seeking to appoint an additional attendance officer to work alongside our experienced and well established team. The successful candidate will understand the importance of school attendance from both a learning and safeguarding point of view. They will have great attention to detail, be skilled with the use of SIMS and excel and be confident in discussing attendance issues with both young people and their families.  2019 results were the best ever at both GCSE and A-Level and put LPGS in the top 200 schools in the UK (including selective schools).

LPGS is a calm, friendly and collaborative environment which offers strong staff support.  Our CPD programme gives all staff time to pursue their own priorities.  This results in a two week October half term.
