Langley Park School for Girls are seeking to appoint a Staff Cover Supervisor & Guided Learning Mentor to support teaching staff in delivering the highest quality learning experiences in order that all our students achieve their potential. This is an interesting role and involves working across many departments and across the age range. Our students are ambitious and well behaved, making this role very promising for anyone who enjoys working within a school community. 2019 results were the best ever at both GCSE and A-Level and put LPGS in the top 200 schools in the UK (including selective schools).  This role would be suitable for Graduates as well as experienced Cover Supervisors.

LPGS is a calm, friendly and collaborative environment which offers strong staff support.  Our CPD programme gives all staff time to pursue their own priorities.  This results in a two week October half term. Please see application details on our website www.lpgs.bromley.sch.uk.  Completed application forms should be emailed to Helen Partridge hpa@lpgs.bromley.sch.uk.  If you would like to visit the school and establish whether we are right for you, you are warmly invited to do so.

Please note that whilst you are also welcome to submit a CV, shortlisting will be based solely on our application form and your covering letter. All applicants must fully complete the LPGS Application Form.

We are a diverse school and an equal opportunities employer. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and identities.

Closing date for applications is midday on Friday 27th May 2022. Interviews will be held in week commencing 6th June 2022. Please note the school reserves the right to appoint prior to 27th May so you are encouraged to submit your application as soon as possible.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
