Year 7 Information
Year 7 is an important year for your daughter, there are many activities and events which aim to support both parents and students settle and keep them informed of the progress being made across the year.
During Form time students will partake in many activities that will help them transition from primary to secondary school smoothly. Their tutor will be a great source of support as well as their Head of Year and the Year 12 and Year 13 prefects.
Early in the year you will be invited to attend the Year 7 Welcome and Information evening which will provide you with information that will aid you in supporting your daughter.
This will be followed by the PTA organised cheese and wine event which will give you the opportunity to meet socially with other Year 7 parents.
To help you monitor your daughter's progress you will receive a report each term and will be invited to a dedicated parents' evening which will allow you to speak to individual subject teachers.
